Jesse James says He Should Never Have Married Sandra Bullock.
Mischa Barton has lawyered up amid reports that an alleged sex tape of her is being shopped to porn companies. "There's a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography," her attorney Lisa Bloom said in a statement on Tuesday. "I have a message for anyone who attempts to traffic in these photos or videos of Ms. Barton: We will find you, and we will come after you. We will fully prosecute you under every available criminal and civil law. You proceed at your peril.”
Mischa claims the video was recorded without her consent by an ex-boyfriend. According to my source, the footage in question shows the 31-year-old O.C. actress taking part in sex acts with an unidentified man who is dressed in a black hoodie.
It's been a tumultuous year for Mischa thus far; she was hospitalized for a mental health evaluation in January and crashed a U-Haul moving truck into an apartment building in February.
Charlie Hunnam still hasn't seen Fifty Shades of Grey--because he isn't over giving up the role of Christian Grey in the erotic film series. "That was a somewhat traumatic experience for me," he admits to Elle magazine. "I didn't want to open that wound." The Sons of Anarchy star, who cited scheduling conflicts and anxiety issues as reasons for dropping out of the project, also reveals that he has a difficult time filming love scenes. "Because I'm in a very committed relationship, and I'm also cognizant that it's not my girlfriend's favorite part of my job," he explains. "It's a delicate balance to strike--to be emotionally open enough to have an experience that feels honest between two people but also maintain that it's just for the film. It's not my favorite thing to do." The self-described "germaphobe" adds, "I don’t want to kiss anyone but my girlfriend [Morgana McNelis] for my whole life... The point is, everyone thinks it's great to be an actor and get to kiss a bunch of beautiful actresses in films, but I actually hate it."
Paris Jackson has opened up about what it was like to be Michael Jackson's only daughter growing up. "When I was a kid, I was with my dad and my two brothers. Growing up, I was treated as the favorite because I was the only girl," she recalls in a new cover story for Harper’s Bazaar. "I was the princess; I was perfect in my dad’s eyes.” The 18-year-old also dishes on being in the public eye and refusing to allow haters to get to her. "You’re on their mind—how is that a bad thing?” she muses.
During a Tuesday appearance on Ellen, Dax Shepard admitted that he accidentally taught his and wife Kristen Bell's 3-year-old daughter Lincoln the F-word. The actor and comedian revealed that he shouted "mother f**ker" several times last year after hitting the bridge of his nose on a bookshelf. "Two days later, Kristen's walking down the hallway and Lincoln's in her room trying to get a sweatshirt off. Her arms are all bound up in it--she's getting frustrated--and she goes, 'Oh, f**k!'" he recalls. "About five hours later, we're at a pool party. She's in the pool and she goes, 'This pool is f**king warm!'" Dax added, "Side note, we were like, 'She's nailing the syntax. She knows that she's using it as an adjective, an adverb." He went on to reveal that fortunately, Lincoln stopped saying the word after they ignored it a second time and refused to give her a reaction.
Kesha revealed yesterday that she tries to keep her distance from social media because “the internet is not a healthy place for me.” She added, “I limit myself on reading comments. There may have been so many positive ones but I always gravitate towards reading the negative ones.” Kesha sat on a cyber-bullying panel with Refinery29 at South by Southwest. “I realized I was making trolls and bullies the truth, making them my higher power. I have become a woman in a lot of ways, reclaiming my personal space, my body, my confidence.” Kesha went on to explain, “I am happiest when I am present in my real life. Not when in my online life.”
John Legend has opened up about what his "opposites attract" marriage to Chrissy Teigen. He says, "I was always a little bit more buttoned up, and she was always more brash and free. I would get a little nervous at first with some of the things she would say, because I didn’t know how people would react. I usually played it more safely.” The 38-year-old musician goes on to say that being with the 31-year-old model's outgoing personality has been a positive influence on him. "I think she’s brought me out of my shell a bit, and made me enjoy life a little bit more," he notes. "It’s been fun to grow together in that."
Seven years ago, West Coast Choppers guy Jesse James ruined a really good year for Sandra Bullock by cheating on her. At least that was the year he got caught. He was probably doing it all along.
So what's his take on it now? He says, "I was an idiot." But he wasn't an idiot for cheating. He was an idiot for marrying Sandra in the first place. She was his third wife, and he feels the same way about the first two as well. "What was I thinking? That was never going to work. But I guess that's how you learn, you know?"
People still dog him for cheating on Sandra, but he says, quote, "In general, both women and men cheat. It's part of life."
He might not want to tell that to his fourth wife. In 2013, he married Alexis DeJoria. She's a drag racer and the daughter of the billionaire who co-founded Paul Mitchell hair products and Patron booze.
Ben Affleck goes through periods when he drinks too much . . . gambles too much . . . and stars in too many bad movies. And apparently, he's had another relapse.
Yesterday, Ben announced that he'd completed some sort of treatment for alcoholism. He was just at the Oscars two and a half weeks ago, so if it was an in-patient rehab thing, he must have done it between then and now.
In a Facebook post, he said, "[It's] something I've dealt with in the past and will continue to confront. I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it . . . I'm lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, [Jennifer Garner], who has supported me and cared for our kids as I've done the work I set out to do. This was the first of many steps being taken towards a positive recovery.
Ben has gone to rehab at least once before, in 2001. A couple months back, he said he was getting in-home treatment for alcoholism.
The Chainsmokers gave some cocky interviews last year, including one with "Billboard" where they came off as sexist 'bros.'
That article was called 'Bros of Summer,' and it included quotes about how they measure their penises . . . how getting tail is their top priority, even though they both had girlfriends . . . and about how they're, "way too good at drinking."
Well, apparently they've gone through some 'media training' since then, because now they're trying to rehab their image.
In a new interview Alex Pall says, "It affects you, because you don't know how people are going to see that . . . [whether they'll] take it at face value and walk away feeling you are that person.
"It's not about apologizing and back-pedaling. It's about . . . I don't want to say becoming better people, because that sounds cheesy. Just keeping it real . . .
"Think about what it might look like to a kid who's 10, seeing what we do . . . how that might impact on the way they listen to our music and enjoy our antics."
