Ryan Gosling Shows Us His Heart In Acceptance Speech

It looks like the one-sided beef between Kanye West and Jay Z and Beyoncé is over. It has been reported that Kanye and wife Kim visited Jay and Beyoncé at their home in California on Friday -- less than two months after Kanye blasted the couple on stage during one of the LA stops on his Saint Pablo tour.

According to my source, Kanye and Kim went to Jay Z and Bey's house to celebrate their daughter Blue Ivy's 5th birthday, but they didn't bring their two kids with them.

Speaking of KimYe, Kanye West’s recent meltdown was mentioned in a clip from the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. In the preview, Kim opens up about being robbed in Paris. She then briefly speaks on Kanye, where she says, “I think he really needs me, and I have to get home.”

Jennifer Lopez and Drake were spotted having a romantic dinner at Nobu restaurant in L.A. this past weekend. According to a witness, it was a late dinner and they both looked great.  Drake had his arm around her and they looked very cozy. They seemed to have a lot to talk about and looked very happy together. Jen was giggling. Drake was very flirty with her and you could tell that she had a great time.

Fifth Harmony has signed a new deal with Epic Records as a foursome. According to Billboard, the four remaining members, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui inked a new deal with Epic and Syco three days after Camila Cabello announced her departure from the group. With this new deal, the girls will also be releasing a third 5H album some time this year.

Meanwhile, Camilla Cabello is said to be dropping her first solo single in April or May.

Nobody's really talking about who won at the "Golden Globes" last night, because they're too busy either praising or condemning the Meryl Streep speech.

Meryl got the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement award, and she took about six minutes, during her acceptance speech, to basically bash Donald Trump. . . even though she never said his name.

First, she talked about Hollywood being made up of people from all over the country, and the world.  And she said, "So Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners . . .

"And if we kick them all out, you'll have nothing to watch but football and mixed martial arts, which are not the arts."

Then she talked about the one performance that "stunned" her.  And it was Trump mocking the physical handicap of that "New York Times" reporter.

She said, "It kind of broke my heart, and I saw it, and I still can't get it out of my head because it wasn't in a movie.  It was real life . . .

"Disrespect invites disrespect.  Violence incites violence.  When the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose."

Then she urged the press to hold our leaders accountable, and to, "safeguard the truth."

And she ended with a nod to Carrie Fisher, saying, "As my friend, the dear departed Princess Leia said to me once, 'Take your broken heart, make it into art.'  Thank you, friend."

Well Donald Trump has responded on Twitter, writing, “Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a.....”

Here are more highlights from the show:

Brad Pitt was a surprise presenter last night, and he got a great ovation from the crowd.

Kristin Wiig and Steve Carrel were hilarious introducing the nominees for Best Animated Feature Film.

Ryan Gosling gave a moving and beautiful speech dedicated to his partner, Eva Mendez and her brother who they lost to cancer last year.

"La La Land" was the night's big winner, taking home seven Globes. That's the most for a movie EVER.  The previous record of six goes all the way back to the '70s, and was shared by "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and "The Midnight Express".

Channing Tatum shared on Instagram last night a very revealing photo of his wife Jenna Dewan. It shows her taking a nap… nude, with the blankets just barely covering her.

Michael Jackson’s son Prince may have just gotten the worst tattoo ever. It's some kind of metallic dragon-armor thing on his chest, shoulder and upper arm.  That part is actually kind of cool, but he also got lines from the Dylan Thomas poem "Do Not Go Gentle Into that Good Night" on his chest.  Except the artist messed up and inked "Do not go gentle IN that good night."

Under that, it says "Rage, rage against the dying of the light" . . . but "against" appears to be misspelled.  It was spelled “agenainst”.

We could be getting new music from Harry Styles soon!  My source says he’s working on dropping a full album right around the Grammys. He thinks the surprise and shock of it all will make a bigger splash, instead of announcing a release date.  I’m told he has enough songs to put out an album, it’s just the final logistics that are being worked out now.”

In related news, Harry recently finished filming on the upcoming movie, Dunkirk — which is set to hit theaters this summer.

They enjoyed whale-watching, sunsets in the snow, and watched the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights’), which are at their best this time of year. My source tells me Norway wasn’t an obvious choice, obviously it’s not a glitzy beach resort or tropical island, but I’m told he put a lot of thought into it and wanted to make it as romantic and special as possible.”

Leonard DiCaprio has a famous knack for bedding beautiful women, but he doesn't do it all on his own. My source says the Oscar-winning actor pays a man named Andrei Gillott to act as a professional wingman.

Ben Affleck was spotted in Beverly Hills with a woman named Elizabeth Weaver--a nurse who founded a company called Concierge Nursing Care and has worked with "high-profile clients" for the past decade. It's unclear why she accompanied the actor to a sushi lunch, a bookstore and dinner with pals, although her business offers (among other things) "sober companion support for patients recovering from addiction." Ben looked rather stoic and rumpled during the outing, as he sported low-slung pants and sneakers, as well as unkempt facial hair.

Carrie Fisher had a wicked sense of humour.  And one of her favourite targets was herself and her battle with mental illness.  So this is perfect . . .  The memorial service for Carrie and her mom Debbie Reynolds was held Thursday.  But the burial was Friday.  Only some of Carrie's ashes were buried.  Her brother Todd brought the rest with him . . . in a giant Prozac pill.

He said, "It was a porcelain antique Prozac pill from the '50s that was one of Carrie's prized possessions."
