The upcoming sequel was described as “the next chapter in the original ‘Ghostbusters’ universe,” after a post-credits scene in “Afterlife” in which original Ghostbuster ‘Winston Zeddermore’, played by Ernie Hudson, teased a possible reunion with his teammates.
