Roberta Flack, the legendary pop/R&B vocalist, who was launched to stardom in the early ’70s by the Grammy-winning hits ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’ and ‘Killing Me Softly With His Song’, has died at age 88, her rep said.
Fox is turning back time with a new international pilot titled “Young Again”. The show uses tech to de-age senior contestants — who then embark on dates as younger versions of themselves. Fox is currently marketing the idea and looking for partners. The pilot was filmed with U.S. contestants in Australia, and the show could end up being made in an international market first.
Meghan Markle has an “open invitation” to appear in the new “Suits” spinoff show, “Suits LA”. Show creator Aaron Korsh gushed about the possibility that the Duchess of Sussex could make a cameo while speaking at the new show’s premiere. He said, “We have thought about whether it be Meghan or any of the other cast members coming on and playing themselves as an actor…my brain blows up at the thought of that.”

Mariah Carey will headline a summer concert at the Royal Sandringham Estate in the United Kingdom. The show will also feature Eternal and Nile Rodgers & Chic. The outdoor venue can hold up to 20,000 fans. Tickets for the August 15 concert go on sale on March 5.
American Music Awards announced that they are making a comeback this year after being on a hiatus since 2022. The 2025 AMAs are set to take place on May 26. The award show will be relocating to Las Vegas this year for the first time and will be aired on a new network as well, with CBS handling the live broadcast while the ceremony will stream on Paramount+.
Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo will perform at the 97th Oscars this weekend, along with other performances by Lisa of Blackpink, Doja Cat, Queen Latifah, and Raye. The Los Angeles Master Chorale will also make a special appearance. But in a break from tradition, the nominees for Best Original Song won’t be performed live, as the Academy instead plans to honor the songwriters with “personal reflections from the teams who bring these songs to life.”
Oprah Winfrey announced her new upcoming ABC special, “The Menopause Revolution”, scheduled for March 31, focusing on the transition women experience with menopause. This is her third prime-time special for ABC in the past year, following previous shows about obesity, weight-loss drugs, and artificial intelligence.

Crocs is celebrating The Beatles’ with a collection of clogs and charms based on the Fab Four’s 1968 movie ‘Yellow Submarine’. One set of clogs has tiny little propellors on the back to resemble a submarine, another set features psychedelic swirls of purple, blue and green. There are also Crocs charms featuring characters from the movie, each member of The Beatles and of course, a little yellow submarine.
