After two years together, Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have ended their relationship. This seems to have come as a shock to the media and their fans. Today they each released a statement and opened up about the split. He says: “Gigi and I had an incredibly meaningful, loving and fun relationship and I have a huge amount of respect and adoration for Gigi as a woman and a friend. She has such an incredible soul.”
She says: “I am forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared. I want nothing but the best for him and will continue to support him as a friend that I have immense respect and love for. As for the future, whatever’s meant to be will always be.”
These are really heartfelt and sad statements. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out if they ended their relationship because they spent too much time apart due to work commitments. I hope they end up back together!
