Sony Pictures announced at CinemaCon that the title of Tom Holland’s next ‘Spider-Man’ movie will be “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”. The project, from director Destin Daniel Cretton, will be released July 31, 2026, between the 2 upcoming “Avengers” films: “Doomsday” and “Secret Wars”.
The third and final installment of the Spider-Man multiverse films, ‘Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse’ will premiere in theaters on June 4, 2027. Producer Phil Lord promises that this final film will be “bigger and bolder” than the previous movies.
Jason Momoa has confirmed that he’ll return for “Dune 3”, despite the fact his character ‘Duncan Idaho’ died in the first movie. Jason revealed that he’s preparing to return for “Dune: Part Three”, which will be an adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1969 novel “Dune Messiah”. In the book, Duncan Idaho is cloned and brought back to life as an artificially created human. It is set for release in December 2026.
Fitz and the Tantrums have dropped the new single ‘Ruin the Night’. Michael Fitz said of the song, “It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s a little messy, but that’s life…More to come!” The group is known for the very popular sports stadium anthem ‘Handclap’.
Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan will commemorate both the 30th anniversary of “Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness”, and the 25th anniversary of “Machina/The Machines of God” on a new solo tour. In addition, he has also announced a new solo project called Billy Corgan and the Machines of God.

While playing at the Ryman Auditorium, Keith Urban spotted a woman in the crowd holding a sign that read, “I beat cancer to hug Keith Urban.” He hopped off the stage right away to greet her, paused the show, and hugged her. He then asked her name and where she’s from, and hugged her again before resuming the concert, a fundraiser for breast cancer research.
Keanu Reeves will return for “John Wick 5”. There’s also an animated prequel film in the works, and a spin-off featuring the blind assassin Caine, who was played by Donnie Yen in “John Wick 4”.

The prequel series “Dexter: Original Sin” has been renewed for Season 2 at Paramount+. The news comes roughly a month after the show’s first season ended on February 14. Set in 1991, the show serves as the origin story of Dexter Morgan, with Patrick Gibson playing the young version of the iconic killer of killers.
Christina Perri is now an author. She just released her new children’s book “A Thousand Years”, based on her 2011 hit song of the same name. Christina joined forces with New York Times bestselling illustrator Joy Hwang Ruiz to create a stirring story. The new picture book follows a mother and daughter growing and developing together, as the child embarks on an adventure into the bigger world.
Kylie and Jason Kelce welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, on March 30. They announced the news on Instagram, sharing photos of the newborn and their three older daughters. The couple had previously revealed the pregnancy in November, and the girls had varied emotions about welcoming a new sister.

MrBeast has built an empire as the world’s most-subscribed YouTuber, but his biggest moneymaker is chocolate. His snack brand Feastables earned $251 million in sales last year, netting the YouTuber $20 million. In comparison, MrBeast spends $3 million to $4 million per YouTube video and it’s hard to recoup those expenses. Even his Amazon Prime reality game show, ‘Beast Games’, lost $80 million.
The internet loved Morgan Wallen’s decision to leave the “SNL” stage early and his post of the phrase “Get me to God’s Country” on the tarmac. The memes have been nonstop. One of the best so far says, “Get me to God’s Country” and it’s an Arby’s sign advertising a $6.99 surf & turf special.
The National Football League will stream three games this Christmas. The league has a deal for Netflix to show two games on December 25. Since the holiday falls on a Thursday in 2025, Amazon will have its regular Thursday Night Football broadcast. The matchups will be announced in May.
