Q: I won a prize several months ago… is it still there for me to pick up?
A: Prizing is available for pick-up 30 days from the date you won. Prizing is not guaranteed after 30 days. Avoid losing out by picking up your prize right away! If you believe it has been more than 30 days since you won your prize, please call us at 613-723-8990 so we can check for you.

Please note:Some prizing expires before 30 days due to the fact that it is time-sensitive (ie. movie premiere passes, concert tickets, festival passes, etc). You will be informed upon winning the date, and it is up to you to pick the prize up before it is void.

We are not open on weeknights or weekends, nor on holidays. We encourage calling ahead if you are unsure if we are open – we may have special holiday hours we can share.
